Halloween might be my favorite time of year. It’s the beginning of all the holidays. The smells, shopping, décor, pumpkin everything, chilly weather, hot chocolate and so much more! I just get the giddiest feeling when I can finally light my pumpkin spice candle! It’s the little things.
I love having the whole family go as one theme, but sometimes your kids are just extremely persistent on being Elsa for the 3rd year in a row. Buzzzz killlll.
I get excited thinking about what my kids are going to be! But it can also be stressful (and expensive)! Especially if you have a lot of kids. That’s why we’ve rounded up some great DIY Halloween costumes from our previous years!
DIY Halloween Costumes
Jesse & AC Slater from Saved By The Bell, Cruella Deville & her two Dalmatians.
Mario & Luigi (bought overalls and shirts at Thrift Store).
Ice Cream Truck Driver (truck made from a box) and a witch and her cat!
The Chipmunks! Alvin, Simon and Theodore. We bought men’s polos from the thrift store, wore them backwards, popped the collar and safety pinned it in the back!
My mother in law made Londyn’s adorable Minnie Mouse dress!!
Shea’s niece always has the cutest Halloween ideas. Here she is as a Whirlpool and her laundry.
Miracle Bubbles and a Gum ball Machine.
A bowl of Fruit Loops
A farmer and her chicken (made out of napkins)
Cave girl and Clown
Dorothy and her Tin Man
And the cutest Mickey Mouse Club!
Well, there are some ideas for you this Halloween! Good Luck!
